Basic rules:

-EURAS is open to EU players who are not on the EURAS banlist. (TOs reserve the right to make exceptions)

-3 stocks, 8 minutes

-Best of 3 and Best of 5 is always decided by the TO beforehand.

-Dave's Stupid Rule - A player cannot counterpick to a stage that they have already won on.
-Being too slow to complete your matches, or being afk for 10+ minutes after your match has started, will result in a DQ.

-The loser of a game can change their Rival freely. The winner must report a character changes to their opponent before the match begins.

-Skins that make it hard to see your character on the stage select screen (e.g. all-black 0, 0, 0, skins) are not allowed without your opponent's permission.

After signing up, you must check in on Challonge during the 30 minute period before the tournament begins. If you do not check in, you will be automatically removed from the bracket when the tournament begins.

Make sure your Discord tag matches your tag on Challonge. More information will be posted in the EU discord after the tourney begins.

Seeding is based on statistics and results if you've entered before, or guesswork if you haven't.

Connection issues will all need to be played out. You may request a TO to investigate any potential connection issues by having both yourself and your opponent connect to a lobby with the TO. After the tournament the TO staff may vet the people who had reported connections and potentially bar them from future events.

Refrain from harassment of other players in chat before or after the game. What constitutes poor conduct is fully up to TO discretion, so keep your manners in check. Breaking this rule can get you disqualified here as well as banned from future events.
